ATLANTA STEAM AT CROSSROAD OF SEASON AS AUSTIN ACOUSTIC APPROACH (AUSTIN ACOUSTIC vs ATLANTA STEAM, LFL360.com Game Preview)

The Eastern Conference got a little tighter than the Atlanta Steam had hoped it would be at this point, the Steam only leads Omaha and Pittsburgh by one game. The Austin Acoustic have played the least amount of football of any LFL team as it approached only its second game of their 207 season.

One of the franchises on an upswing, the Austin Acoustic seem to have built a strong nucleus around their franchise Quarterback Teshay Winfrey. However, the key addition has been rookie Kassandra Bills, a ballhawk at receiver.

KEYS for AUSTIN: Without a real running back, the passing game will need to serve as Austin’s run game. Defensively, Austin will need to find a way to put pressure on Dakota Hughes.

Reeling from yet another loss to rival Chicago, Atlanta will need to send a message with a convincing win over Austin. Having not beaten anyone of significance in the past two seasons, Austin presents a challenge that Atlanta better not be overlooking.

KEYS for ATLANTA: Put more emphasis on the passing game, the run game has proven ineffective as the sole means of attacking a defense. Spy Winfrey with rookie middle linebacker Jessica Salazar.
